I am a highly regarded specialist solicitor in property litigation, dispute resolution, and come highly recommended by Legal 500. With prior experience at prestigious global city law firms, I offer expertise in commercial property disputes, residential leasehold matters, including lease extensions and enfranchisement, as well as all facets of residential property litigation.

I have a proven record of successful mediations, arbitrations, and expert determinations. Collaborating closely with insolvency practitioners and trustees in bankruptcy, I ensure comprehensive support across various matters. Experience

I am an experienced consultant property litigator with nearly two decades experience acting and advising on a wide variety of property disputes. I specialises in all aspects of commercial, development and residential property disputes, including but not limited to:

Disputes in connection with development agreements and site assembly issues (including easements and rights of way/access disputes)
Contentious and non-contentious business lease renewals
Dilapidation claims
Disputes over breach of covenants including forfeiture or relief applications
Exercising break options and reviewing the validity of notices served
Recovery of land or premises from unlawful occupiers or squatters
Lease surrender negotiations
Disputes over consent to assignment, sub-letting, change of use, alterations
Insolvency related disputes arising out of liquidation, administration and receivership of landlords, tenants, sub-tenants and third parties

Professional negligence: disputes against other solicitors, valuers and professional agents
Disposal of interests on behalf of LPA receivers and IP’s
Recovery of commercial rent arrears and service charges (including Commercial Rent Arrears
