Most disputes are avoidable. The one's that aren't are usually made worse by going in without a clear strategy. I work with business owners, landlords and property investors on retainer; giving you the kind of senior commercial thinking that stops small problems becoming very expensive ones. This isn't just legal advice. It's two decades of knowing how things play out

Story

Twenty years in commercial property litigation. A decade at leading global law firms. I co-owned and helped scale a 75 person legal consultancy before stepping back to practise independently; which means you get senior expertise without the firm overhead. SRA regulated through Arch Law. Working with UK and international clients; including expats and overseas investors.
