SJR LEGAL SERVICES LIMITED
20 years in property litigation has taught me this: the most expensive legal mistake is starting the wrong fight. I help business owners, landlords, and property investors make the right moves—preventing costly disputes, protecting assets, and giving you the confidence to act decisively.

About
Hi I'm Simone Ritchie
20 years in property litigation has taught me this: the most expensive legal mistake isn’t losing a case — it’s starting the wrong one.
I trained and worked in leading UK City law firms, spending over a decade at BigLaw level on complex property disputes. As a part-owner and Head of Department managing a 25-strong team, I learned how to balance legal risk with commercial realities — guiding boards, landlords, and investors through high-stakes decisions.
For the last seven years, I’ve built and run my own legal consultancy, which means I understand first-hand the pressures of running a business and the need for clear, actionable advice.
Today, I act as your Strategic Legal Advisor, combining two decades of litigation experience with a business-owner mindset to help you:
• Prevent costly disputes before they escalate
• Make confident commercial decisions with clarity
• Strengthen your negotiating position and protect portfolio value
Whether you’re an SME, portfolio landlord, or board-level decision-maker, think of me as your litigation compass — you stay in control, I keep you on the strongest path.
