Rent arrears and tenant breaches handled in a way that gives away your rights.
-
Letters and notices sent before anyone checks where they lead.

Common questions
What counts towards my hours?
Calls, emails, and reviewing leases, notices and letters for you. Unused hours do not roll over.
What happens if a dispute starts?
I can act for you in the dispute through Arch Law. Litigation is quoted separately, and Priority clients are dealt with first.
Can I start with a one-off review instead?
Yes. A fixed-fee commercial lease review is a good first step, and the fee can be credited against a retainer started within 30 days.
